We stand behind every hat we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Policy
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error
Defective or Wrong Items
- If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge
- Please email us with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery
How to Start a Return
- Email us at cvlatimer14@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
